1. What this appendix is

1.1 This appendix applies to Personal: blocks of minutes, and the private personal number. It is in addition to the Terms of Use and to the Private Number appendix. In any conflict between them in the matter of Personal, this appendix prevails.

1.2 The service is provided by Telfluent LTD (company number 517416798).

1.3 Personal is sold to private persons only. Whoever buys it and opens the account is the "account owner", also when they are not a business. Clause 2 of the Terms of Use ("for businesses only") does not apply to Personal. A Personal account buys no other plan, and an account with another plan buys no Personal.

2. Blocks and the minimum order

2.1 Minutes are sold in blocks. A block is 42.5 minutes (2,550 seconds).

2.2 Every order is a minimum order of 2 blocks (85 minutes). The price: 120 ₪ per order including VAT. Each further block: 60 ₪ including VAT. The price is the amount paid; VAT is included in it.

2.3 Every order is a purchase of its own: not a subscription, with no automatic renewal and no recurring charge. We do not charge the card for blocks unless the account owner bought them on the purchase page. Nothing obliges you to buy more.

2.4 Blocks are minutes, not money. They have no monetary value, and they do not move to another account.

3. Validity and the order of use

3.1 An order has one clock: 48 days from the moment of purchase, for all of its blocks together.

3.2 Minutes not used by the end of the 48 days lapse.

3.3 The minutes whose validity ends first are used first. Within an order, the blocks are used in their order.

3.4 A block is opened at the first second it is used, even for a fraction of a minute. An opened block is yours and stays available to you until the end of its validity.

3.5 Every call of the account comes off the blocks, on each of the service numbers and on the private personal number.

3.6 A call lasts at most as long as its blocks can pay before the end of the validity of each of them. When the minutes run out, the call ends, and new calls are not taken until a further order is bought. Seconds used beyond that, between one check of the call and the next, come off the next order.

4. The private personal number

4.1 The private personal number is the only part of Personal that renews. It renews at the end of each period, on the saved card, until the renewal is cancelled. The price: 20 ₪ a month including VAT. At purchase with two blocks: 140 ₪ including VAT — 120 for 2 blocks (once) + 20 a month for the number.

4.2 The number can be bought only after an order of blocks was bought on the account.

4.3 The number has no minutes of its own. Calls on the number come off the blocks.

4.4 When the number is active and no block can be used, a caller hears that the number is not active now, and nothing is interpreted or charged. The number and the paid period remain.

4.5 Cancelling: you cancel the renewal of the number. The number stays until the end of the paid period, and then returns to us. There is no refund of a paid period. An open debt does not prevent the cancellation, and it remains to be paid.

4.6 The blocks remain after the number is cancelled, and can be used on the service numbers until the end of their validity.

4.7 Everything else about the number, the code, switching it on and off, and who calls it: as in the Private Number appendix.

5. Money back

5.1 The engine does not return money. Money is returned only by Telfluent's hand, and only under this clause.

5.2 For a block that was not opened, money back may be asked for within 14 days of the moment of purchase, to the minute, after we have verified the requester's intention and everything is clear. An opened block is not refunded. After the 14 days there is no money back on anything.

5.3 You ask on the dashboard, under the order, by typing the word "החזר". With the request, the blocks of the order that were not opened are blocked at once and cannot be used. A block that was opened stays available to you, and there is no money back on it.

5.4 Telfluent reviews the request, verifies the intention, and returns the blocked blocks' share of the order's price, to the card that paid, within the time the law sets. There is no cancellation fee and no handling fee.

5.5 When a payment was returned because the transaction was denied at the credit card company, all the blocks of the order paid with it are blocked, also an opened block.

5.6 Closing the account without a request for money back gives up the minutes left, with no money back.

6. Not for emergencies

6.1 The service is not meant for emergencies or for medical use. In an emergency dial 100, 101 or 102.
