1. What this appendix is

1.1 This appendix applies to the renting of a private phone number: on the Temp workers plan, as an add-on to an arm on the Enterprise plan, or as the personal private number of Personal. It is in addition to the Terms of Use, and to the Enterprise plan contract when the number is an add-on to that plan, and to the Personal appendix when the number is the personal private number. In any conflict between them in the matter of the private number, this appendix prevails, except the Personal appendix: in any conflict between it and this appendix in the matter of the personal private number, the Personal appendix prevails.

2. The number is ours, not yours

2.1 The number belongs to Telfluent. You receive a right to use it for the period that was paid, and no more. There is no choosing of a number, there is no transfer (porting) of the number to you or to another, and it must not be rented onward.

2.2 Telfluent is not a telephone company. The number serves only for a translated call through the Service.

3. The Temp workers plan

3.1 A daily plan: 59 ₪ a day, with 30 minutes. A monthly plan: 199 ₪ a month, with 150 minutes. The prices do not include VAT.

3.2 The plan gives access to the private number only, and not to the Service's two public numbers.

3.3 When the minutes run out, calls on the number are not accepted until the next period. The number and the period that was paid remain, and the plan renews under clause 3.4. The minutes belong to their own period only: they do not pass to the next period, and there are no extra minutes for a fee.

3.4 The plan renews automatically at the end of each period, until the renewal is cancelled: a daily plan is charged every day. Only the renewal is cancelled. There is no refund for a period that was paid.

3.5 The Temp workers plan and a regular plan do not block each other: both can be held on the same account.

3.6 When there is no free number in our pool for an order, we buy a number for it. For each customer at most one number a day is bought, and for all the customers together at most ten numbers a day. An order that was paid and did not receive a number because of this limit waits, with no further charge, until a number becomes free in the pool or until it is permitted to buy again.

3.7 The period that was paid begins when your number is active, not at the moment of payment.

4. An add-on to an arm on the Enterprise plan

4.1 A private number can be attached to one arm on the Enterprise plan. The account owner adds it, not the arm.

4.2 Calls on the number come off the organization's balance of minutes and are counted in the arm's allocation, like every call of the arm.

4.3 The fee for use of the number: 49 ₪ a month, before VAT. The minutes of the calls on the number come from the organization's balance, like every call on the Enterprise plan.

5. Whoever calls the number

5.1 Everyone who calls the number, when it is active, reaches your interpreter, with no code and with no sign-up. Every minute of such a call comes off your minutes, by exactly the same rule as a call to the public numbers.

5.2 You choose to whom to give the number, and you are responsible for every use of it. You are the controller of the information of whoever calls it (Privacy Policy, clause 16), and you inform whoever calls that the calls are translated automatically and that you are the controller of their information.

5.3 The number has one call at any moment. Whoever calls during a call hears that the line is busy.

6. The code, switching on and switching off

6.1 The number is switched on and switched off by a call to it from the phone of whoever bought it (or of the arm, in an add-on to the Enterprise plan), and by keying the code. A number that is switched off answers: "This number is not active right now."

6.2 The code is yours to keep. It can be replaced at any moment in the dashboard.

6.3 An outgoing call from the number: to numbers in Israel only.

7. At the end of the period

7.1 When the period that was paid ends and the plan does not renew, the number returns to us, and the routing to you is cut immediately. Calls to the number no longer reach you, and we do not forward messages.

7.2 After one day the number can be given to another customer. Tell whoever received the number from you that it is no longer yours.

7.3 A call that is running when the period that was paid ends, and the plan has not been renewed by then, ends at that moment, with no prior notice. On the Temp workers plan, a call that is running when the minutes run out ends when they run out, and a warning is heard in the call five minutes before that, exactly as in a call to the public numbers. In an add-on to the Enterprise plan, the minutes rules of the Enterprise plan contract apply to this.

8. Not for emergencies

8.1 The number is not intended for emergencies. In an emergency dial 100, 101 or 102.

9. A notice at the start of a call

9.1 Whoever calls the number and is not identified as a worker hears at the start of every call, in the language of the account's workers when they all speak one language, and in every other case in the approved recording in English, that the call is translated automatically and is not a translation by a professional interpreter, and is asked to press 1 to confirm. The call is not blocked even if the caller did not press. A press that was received by us is registered to the call, with the caller's phone if known, the time, the language in which the caller heard the notice and the recording that was played. For an identified worker the notice rules of the Terms of Use apply (clause 23).

10. The binding version

10.1 The Hebrew version of this appendix is the binding version. The versions in the other languages are a translation for your convenience only.

11. The party to the appendix

11.1 This appendix is with Telfluent LTD, company number 517416798, as are the Terms of Use (clause 24) and the Enterprise plan contract (clause 20). An appendix approved in an earlier version passed to Telfluent LTD together with them, on the same terms. Your right to use the number remains until the end of the period that was paid, as before.
