1. What this appendix is

1.1 This appendix is with Telfluent LTD, company number 517416798, as the Terms of Use are (clause 24) and as the Enterprise plan contract is. The appendix is in addition to the Enterprise plan contract and to the Terms of Use. In any conflict between them in the matter of the occupational hygiene training services, this appendix prevails.

1.2 This appendix applies to an account owner on the Enterprise plan who has purchased the occupational hygiene training appendix, in frontal mode or in conference mode. Both modes are the Enterprise plan unchanged: a monthly minimum of 599 ₪ in minutes, 1.20 ₪ a minute before VAT, a quota model, and business prices before VAT; plus this appendix.

1.3 Frontal mode: training in the room, the instructor speaking in the place, each worker with earphones hearing the translation in his language. Conference mode: one call; each listener hears in his language.

2. The charge

2.1 The appendix is a separate recurring charge, in addition to the Enterprise plan's charge. Its price is 399 ₪ a month before VAT, or the price of the price version in force at the purchase or the renewal. VAT is added at the charge. This charge gets its own tax document, separate from the document for the purchase of minutes.

2.2 The price is set as a new price version at the service owner's dashboard. A price version that has already been used is never edited.

2.3 Purchasing the appendix is consent to this appendix; its version and its exact content are kept with the consent.

3. What the appendix gives

3.1 An arm per training: instructor, place, date.

3.2 Workers joining by code each day anew: the worker keys the arm's code, picks a language, says his name, hears it played back and confirms with a key, hears the opening message in his language and presses 1.

3.3 Recorded at joining: phone, code, arm, language, time, the press on 1, the id of the message played, the name the worker said (as text only, as captured) and whether the worker confirmed by a press that the name played back to them is correct. Not recorded: the voice, and no words other than this name. Identity numbers are not collected.

3.4 The link between the phone and the training holds until 20:00 Israel time that day, or until the instructor closes the training, whichever is earlier.

3.5 An optional comprehension questionnaire: questions and answers. Its translation is checked by a person before use, not in real time. Without that check the questionnaire is not played.

3.6 Record of an answer: phone, code, language, time, the id of the question, the translation version, the key pressed. The instructor and the training body cannot edit the answers.

3.7 On closing the training a daily documentation package is handed over: logs by worker number (not by identity number), the joining contents and the answers as they were recorded. The package is kept 18 months and then deleted.

4. Limits of the questionnaire and of the translation

4.1 The key press proves that this key was pressed from this phone. It does not prove who held the phone.

4.2 It is not proof that the worker understood the training as a whole. It is not a certified translation and it is not evidence beyond what this clause allows.

4.3 Telfluent supplies routing, playback and recording only. The duty to verify understanding remains with the holder of the workplace and with the training body, as the law requires.

5. Conference mode

5.1 A conference in the room, with the instructor physically present in front of the workers, is frontal training.

5.2 A remote conference, without shared physical presence, is online training only, and only under the conditions the law allows (a safety officer and the Second Schedule). It is not allowed at sites that require notice under section 192. Telfluent does not present the service as a certified translation.

6. Cancellation

6.1 Cancelling the appendix is cancelling its renewal only. There is no refund for a period that was paid, whether or not the appendix's services were used.

6.2 At the end of the paid period the account returns to plain Enterprise: the minutes are kept; every special ability, setting and model of the occupational hygiene training appendix ends. The Enterprise plan contract continues to apply. The monthly minimum of 599 ₪ in minutes applies to every Enterprise plan, with the appendix or without it.
