Enterprise plan contract

Appendix to the Enterprise plan: the identity check

This is a translation, for convenience, of the Hebrew text enterprise-2026-10-20. The Hebrew text alone is binding, and it prevails wherever the two differ. Translated 2026-10-20.הנוסח העברי הוא הנוסח הקובע. To the Hebrew version

Version: enterprise-2026-10-20 · Version date: 20 October 2026

1. The parties, and who the plan is for

1.1 This contract is between Telfluent LTD, company number 517416798 ("the Service"), and the organization. The organization is the business that opened the account and joined the Enterprise plan, not its arms and not the workers.

1.2 In this contract "we" and "Telfluent" are the Service, and "you" is the organization.

1.3 The Enterprise plan ("Enterprise") is intended for organizations and for staffing companies. The Service is provided to businesses only. The organization confirms that it enters into this contract as a business, for the purposes of its business.

1.4 Contacting us: [email protected], or by phone 08-376-2600.

2. The Service and its nature

2.1 Telfluent translates phone calls automatically and in real time. The number 09-376-1076 serves for a call with whoever is standing next to you, on one phone on speaker. The number 09-376-1100 serves for a call with whoever is on another phone.

2.2 The translation is done by machine, not by a human interpreter.

2.3 It is a communication tool. It is not a certified translation, it is not intended for legal or medical matters, and it is not intended for emergencies. In an emergency dial 100, 101 or 102.

2.4 Everything important — safety, wages, a medical matter — you verify yourselves in another way. Do not rely on the translation alone.

2.5 The Service is intended for lawful use only. It must not be used for harassment, and minutes must not be sold or transferred to others.

3. The minute quota

3.1 The Enterprise plan is payment by use: 1.20 ₪ a minute before VAT, charged by the second, only for the translation time.

3.2 The prices do not include VAT; the VAT is added at the time of payment, at the rate in force on the day of the charge.

3.3 The balance on the account is counted in minutes and not in money. Every charge of the card buys minutes at the price per minute that applies to the organization on the day of the charge, and the calls come off the balance of minutes.

3.4 The plan has no subscription fee and no package of minutes.

3.5 Minutes that were not used remain in the balance and pass onward from month to month, with no expiry date, as long as the plan has not been cancelled and has not been terminated. After cancellation or termination, clause 8.3 applies to the remaining minutes. The plan exists from the first payment until it ends under clause 16.2.

3.6 There is no debt on this plan: when the balance reaches zero, new calls are refused and a call in progress ends. Five minutes before that, a notice about it is heard in the call. The organization does not remain owing money for minutes. One thing passes onward: seconds in which a call continued after the balance reached zero are recorded as time already used, and come off the next minutes the organization buys, also on the next plan and on a new account on the same phone (clause 16.4).

3.7 Minutes that the organization bought are its stock of minutes for use. After it has cancelled the plan they remain usable for the time set in clause 8.3, and in no case is money returned for them (clause 9.1).

4. The first payment and the target balance

4.1 The first payment, at the time of joining, is in an amount that the organization chooses itself, in whole shekels: at least 599 ₪ and at most 4,500 ₪, before VAT. The plan begins when this payment has been received.

4.2 The first payment is the minimum of the first month (clause 6).

4.3 The minutes that the first payment buys are the target balance: the number of minutes to which the balance returns at every charge under clause 5.

4.4 The organization may change the target balance at any time. The lowest target balance is the minutes that 599 ₪ buy: 499.17 minutes (29,950 seconds). The highest target balance is the minutes that 4,500 ₪ buy: 3,750 minutes.

4.5 A change of the target balance does not by itself charge the card: it applies from the next charge. Lowering the target balance below the existing balance does not return money and does not take away minutes.

4.6 No single charge of the card on this plan exceeds 4,500 ₪ before VAT.

4.7 The amount of the first payment and the target balance are chosen and set by the organization itself, not by Telfluent. Every such setting is recorded: who set it, when, from which value to which value, and under which version of this contract.

4.8 Every charge that returns the balance to the target balance is an order of minutes by the organization itself, according to the target balance it set.

4.9 The minutes bought in this way are the organization's stock of minutes for use. There is no refund for them (clause 9.1).

5. Charging the card when no one is present

5.1 The card with which the first payment was paid is saved. By approving this contract the organization authorizes us to charge the saved card, without anyone on its behalf being present at the time of the charge, in the cases stated in this clause only.

5.2 Every 14 days: the card is charged for the minutes that were used, and the balance returns to the target balance. When the balance is equal to the target balance or higher than it, nothing is charged at that time.

5.3 Automatic top-up: when fewer than 100 minutes remain in the balance, the card is charged immediately and the balance returns to the target balance. This is part of the plan and not a setting that can be switched off.

5.4 At the end of every month of the plan: if the charges of that month added up to less than 599 ₪ before VAT, the difference up to 599 ₪ is charged and becomes minutes in the balance, at the price per minute (clause 6).

5.5 An amount lower than 5 ₪ before VAT is not charged on its own: it joins the next charge, and the minutes it buys are given then. So it is with the difference to the monthly minimum, and so with the charge of the 14 days. Clause 4.6 prevails: such an amount that would have raised a charge above 4,500 ₪ before VAT remains, and joins the charge after it. If the organization cancels the plan before a further charge is made, this amount is not charged at all.

5.6 Every charge under clauses 5.2 and 5.3 is the price of the minutes missing up to the target balance, plus VAT.

5.7 The month of the plan begins on the day of the first payment, and not on the first of the calendar month. The 14 days too are counted from that day. The "period" of the plan, and in clause 20.5 "the period that was paid", is the current month of the plan, counted this way.

5.8 One charge at a time: as long as a charge has not been paid, no further charge is made. When it is paid, the account is checked again immediately.

5.9 For every charge one tax invoice/receipt is issued and sent to the account's email address.

5.10 Card payments are processed by Airwallex. The card details are typed directly into Airwallex's systems; we do not see and do not keep the card number.

5.11 A new card that the organization types on the secure payment page, in order to replace a card or in order to pay a charge that failed, becomes the saved card, and the authorization in clause 5.1 applies to it.

6. The monthly minimum

6.1 The monthly minimum is 599 ₪ plus VAT. It is a binding condition of the plan: there is no Enterprise plan without the minimum, and it cannot be switched off or reduced.

6.2 In every month of the plan the card pays 599 ₪ or the actual use, whichever is higher.

6.3 If the charges of the month added up to less than 599 ₪, the difference is charged at the end of the month and becomes minutes in the balance (clauses 5.4 and 5.5).

6.4 The first payment is the minimum of the first month: at the end of the first month no difference is charged.

6.5 Because of the monthly minimum the balance can stand above the target balance; then the card is not charged at the charge of the 14 days until the balance falls below it.

6.6 A month that ended while the account was suspended (clause 7) or frozen (clause 9) is not charged the minimum. After the renewal is cancelled no further minimum is charged (clause 8.3).

7. A failed charge

7.1 If a charge fails we will try to charge again over the following days. In the meantime the calls continue, as long as there are minutes in the balance.

7.2 If the payment is not settled, on the tenth day since the charge first failed the account will be suspended and calls will not be accepted until it is settled, even if minutes remain in the balance. The minutes in the balance are kept.

7.3 The payment is settled by replacing the card on the secure payment page: the pending charge is attempted on the new card. When the charge has been paid, the suspension is lifted and calls are accepted again.

7.4 A failed charge is not replaced by a new charge: it waits until it is paid.

8. Cancellation

8.1 The renewal of the plan may be cancelled at any time, as long as there is no unpaid charge of the monthly minimum. If the minimum difference of a month that has ended was charged and not paid, it is paid first; after that the renewal may be cancelled. The plan continues until the end of its period and does not renew.

8.2 Another charge that was not paid at the time of the cancellation, that is, the charge of the 14 days or an automatic top-up, is cancelled and is no longer charged.

8.3 Cancellation cancels the renewal only: after the cancellation nothing further will be charged, and the plan continues until the end of its current period. A plan whose renewal was cancelled and which has no minutes left ends at once, even before the end of the period. After that: if the renewal was cancelled after the plan's first three months, the remaining minutes are usable until they run out; if the renewal was cancelled within the plan's first three months, the remaining minutes are usable until the end of the period and at least one month from the day of the cancellation, and then they expire. In both cases the minutes are usable only until the account is closed permanently under clause 8.6. The first three months are counted from the day of the first payment (clause 5.7). There is no refund for the remaining minutes nor for minutes that expired, in any case.

8.4 An account whose plan renewal was cancelled is not suspended merely because of the cancellation of the renewal, as long as minutes remain in it.

8.5 The renewal is cancelled on the plan screen in the dashboard, or in a call with the voice assistant (clause 17). If a charge is being made at that moment, you cancel a few minutes later.

8.6 After the plan has been cancelled or terminated, the account owner may close the account permanently, even when minutes remain in it. The closing is done in the dashboard, and the account owner personally types the confirmation sentence that is shown there: closing the account permanently, with no further claim. With the closing the organization gives up the remaining minutes: no right or claim in them remains to it, and there is no refund for them. The closing is final, and it cannot be undone.

9. No refund; chargeback

9.1 There is no refund for minutes that were bought, in any case: not for a payment that was paid, not for minutes that were not used and not for minutes that expired. The minutes that the organization bought are its stock of minutes for use. After the renewal is cancelled they remain usable as set in clause 8.3: if the renewal was cancelled within the plan's first three months, until the end of the period and at least one month from the day of the cancellation, and then they expire; if it was cancelled after the plan's first three months, the remaining minutes are usable until they run out.

9.2 If a chargeback on a charge of ours is filed with the credit card company or with the bank, the account will be frozen immediately and calls will not be accepted. For clarification and settlement: [email protected].

9.3 We will give the credit card company our record: the approval of this contract (clause 19); the target balance that the organization chose and when it chose it (clause 4.7); the card verification; the charge; its tax invoice/receipt; and the use of the Service; and when the claim is that the charge was not approved, also the account's contact details and the network address from which the contract was approved. We may also use the signer's identity record (Appendix A) as evidence, in a chargeback and in any dispute over who signed, who owns the account or what terms were approved, and may pass it for those purposes to the card processor, the card scheme and the issuing bank. That is a right of ours, not a duty.

9.4 If money of a payment nevertheless returns to the organization, for any reason: the minutes that this money bought come off the balance, not more than what remains in it, and the charging of the card stops. Minutes that were bought in other payments remain usable as after a cancellation on that day (clause 8.3), subject to clause 9.2. When they have run out or expired, the plan has ended.

10. Arms

10.1 On the Enterprise plan the organization acts through arms. An arm is a person on behalf of the organization, identified by that person's phone number. Each arm has a join code of its own and a list of workers of its own. The account owner too is an arm. The number of arms is not limited.

10.2 A worker who joins with an arm's code belongs to that arm, and receives a number in its list: a two-digit number, from 10 to 99, and when all the two-digit numbers in the list are taken, that is, from the 91st worker, a three-digit number, from 100 to 999.

10.3 The arms do not mix: each arm reaches only the workers in its list, and each worker calls only their own arm.

10.4 A worker can always call their own arm at 09-376-1100. No allocation refuses this call or ends it. Only a balance that has reached zero, a suspended account or a frozen account stop it.

10.5 The organization defines and updates the arms, the codes, the lists and the allocations in its dashboard.

10.6 The codes are the organization's to keep. The organization is responsible for whomever it gives a code to, and for every use of the Service by its arms and by its workers. Every minute they use comes off the organization's balance. The organization may at any time replace an arm's code and remove a worker's phone.

10.7 You inform your arms and your workers that the calls are translated automatically. You are responsible for their information that you give us.

10.8 For each arm the organization may appoint up to four arm managers. An arm manager signs in to the website with their own details, and sees in a dashboard only their own arm.

10.9 An arm manager does not see another arm, and does not touch the payment, the card, the plan, the contract, the ownership of the account or the organization's balance of minutes.

10.10 The account owner appoints arm managers and removes them in the account owner's dashboard. A manager who was removed can no longer sign in. A manager's sign-in details are that manager's alone, and it is forbidden to pass them to another.

10.11 An arm manager sees the calls of their own arm, including the phone numbers that called, the minutes and its workers. The organization informs the arm managers and the workers of this, and is responsible for the information it gives us about them (clause 10.7). An arm manager's phone, and that manager's sign-ins, are kept as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

10.12 The organization can add a private number to an arm under the private number appendix. The fee for use of the number is 49 ₪ a month before VAT; calls on it come off the organization's balance of minutes and are counted in the arm's allocation.

10.13 At the start of a call every worker hears in their own language that the translation is automatic and is not that of a professional interpreter, and is asked to press 1. A press that was received by us is registered to the worker with the time, the language and the recording that was played to them. Until a press of theirs is received, the notice repeats at the start of each of their calls, and the call is not blocked, and the translation continues even before the press. On a private number, and on one phone that serves the employer and the worker beside him, where it has not been determined who the worker is, the notice is played in every call, and a press that was received is registered to the call, with the caller's phone if known, time, language and the recording that was played. On every other line an unidentified caller does not pass through. Another caller who has not yet been identified does not pass on any other line: only on a private number or on the shared in-person phone is the notice played and the press recorded.

11. Allocations for arms, and solo use by workers

11.1 The organization may give each arm a monthly allocation of minutes. In the allocation all the calls of the arm and of the workers in its list are counted together, on both numbers, in the month of the plan.

11.2 An allocation is a ceiling. It does not reserve minutes for the arm, and the sum of the allocations can exceed the balance.

11.3 By default the allocation is soft: even after it has been used up, the calls continue as long as there are minutes in the organization's balance. The arm is shown in the dashboard as exceeding the allocation, and every minute is registered in its name.

11.4 The organization may set in the dashboard, with the switch next to each arm, that the allocation of that arm is hard. Then, when the allocation has been used up, the calls of the arm itself and the solo use of its workers are refused until the start of the next month of the plan, and a call in progress ends after a notice five minutes in advance. A call by a worker to their own arm is not stopped (clause 10.4).

11.5 When the organization's balance reaches zero, all the calls stop, under every allocation.

11.6 The minutes of a call are counted to the arm to which the caller belonged at the time of the call, and remain registered with it even if the caller moved to another arm or was removed.

11.7 Solo use by a worker of 09-376-1076, that is, a worker who uses the number alone (for example at a clinic or at a bank), is switched off on this plan until the organization opens it. The organization opens it for a whole arm or for a particular worker, with a monthly allocation of minutes for the worker or without one. When such an allocation of a worker has been used up, that worker's solo use is refused until the start of the next month of the plan. Solo use is also counted in the arm's allocation.

12. The phone number of an arm

12.1 A phone number that was registered as an arm is tied to the organization's plan. As long as it is tied, a separate Telfluent account cannot be opened with it.

12.2 The tie lasts until the owner of the number disconnects it personally, in a call with the voice assistant at 08-376-2600, after proving that the number is theirs with a code that was sent to it by SMS; or until the organization changes this under clause 12.5.

12.3 When an arm disconnects its number, the organization receives a notice of this. This is a fact of the plan and not a setting. The organization does not receive a notice of an attempt to open an account with this number, nor of any private action of the owner of the number outside the organization's account.

12.4 After the disconnection the code of that arm stops working, and the workers who were in its list remain on the organization's account.

12.5 The organization may replace the phone of an arm, other than the phone of the account owner, and remove an arm after it has moved that arm's workers to another arm.

13. Changes to prices and terms

13.1 We may change the prices and the terms, including this contract.

13.2 The organization continues at the price at which it joined until a change applies to it under this clause.

13.3 A change will apply from the start of the first month of the plan that begins at least 14 days after a notice that we send by email to the account's address. A month that begins earlier than that remains at the previous price and terms, and the change waits for the month after it.

13.4 A second notice will be sent by email on the day of the first charge at the new price.

13.5 A change of price does not add minutes to the balance and does not take away from it: minutes that were already bought remain minutes.

13.6 Whoever does not agree to the change can cancel before the change applies (clause 8); this is their remedy. Continuing the plan after the change applies constitutes consent to the change.

13.7 A new version of this contract replaces this version in the same way, and carries a version label of its own.

14. A special price

14.1 The price on the plan is the price in this contract. A different price is requested only in a call with the voice assistant.

14.2 The request is passed to the owner of Telfluent only for a paying customer: an organization whose plan is active and a card charge of which has already been paid. The voice assistant only passes the request on; it does not promise a price.

14.3 A different price is valid only if it was given in a written order from the owner of Telfluent.

14.4 There are no customized contracts. Such an order changes the price only; all the rest of this contract applies as written.

15. Ending the plan on our side

15.1 We may cancel the renewal of an organization's plan, by a notice by email. We do not stop a plan in the middle of the period that was paid.

15.2 In such a case nothing further will be charged, and the remaining minutes are usable as after a cancellation on the day of the termination (clauses 8.3 and 8.6): if the plan was terminated within its first three months, one month from the day of the termination, and then they expire; if it was terminated after its first three months, until they run out.

16. Leaving the plan

16.1 There is no moving to the Enterprise plan or from it by way of a change of plan.

16.2 The plan ends when it has been cancelled or terminated and the minutes remaining in it have run out or expired (clause 8.3), or when the account is closed permanently (clause 8.6).

16.3 After the plan has ended, as long as the account has not been closed, a new account can be opened with the same phone number, as a new customer; on its opening the previous account is closed. After an account on the Enterprise plan has been closed, whether in this way or under clause 8.6, its phone number and its email address do not open a new account on the Enterprise plan and do not join the Enterprise plan, and the same holds for an account that was opened with them and afterwards changed its phone number or its email address. A regular account, which is not on the Enterprise plan, can be opened with them, as a new customer.

16.4 Nothing passes from the previous account to the new account: not workers, not arms, not a card, not settings and allocations, and not any other right. The only exception: time in which a call in the previous account continued after the balance reached zero (clause 3.6), when it is five minutes or more, is recorded in the new account as time already used, and comes off the first minutes bought in it. Fewer than five minutes are wiped.

17. The voice assistant and privacy

17.1 Telfluent's phone line, 08-376-2600, is answered by an automatic voice assistant ("the voice assistant"). The plan can also be set up in a call with it; this contract is always approved on the secure payment page (clause 19).

17.2 Card details, an email address and invoice details are not given in a call: they are typed only on the secure payment page.

17.3 We do not record what you say to the voice assistant and do not keep it: neither the voice nor the words. The speech service does not keep them either. The usage logs of the voice assistant, which may include what was said as text, are kept by the provider of the assistant's language service for up to 30 days, for the purpose of monitoring abuse (such as child sexual abuse material). They are kept for longer only when the law requires it, or when it is needed in order to protect that service or others from harm. These logs are of Telfluent's use of that service as a whole, and we do not attach to them any identifier of yours. The call is not kept, but the actions are documented: every action that is done in your account through the voice assistant is recorded in the account's log of changes, like every other change in the account: what was done and when. In this way it is always possible to check what was done in the account. We keep what you give us in order to open the account or to change it, a request that you ask us to pass to a person, and as in every call: the phone that called, the time, the length of the call and the language that you chose.

17.4 In translated calls: we do not record calls and do not keep what is said: neither the voice nor the words.

17.5 Airwallex is the only provider named in this contract (clause 5.10). The names of the other providers are not published and are not given on request, not even on a government or organizational approach. The data processing agreement, which is accepted in the same checkbox as this contract, lists them by category only: no names, no countries and no numbered list. A new provider category is given 14 days' notice. A security incident is notified without delay.

17.6 All other privacy matters are set in the Privacy Policy on the website telfluent.co.il.

18. Which document prevails; liability; law and jurisdiction

18.1 The Enterprise plan is governed by this contract and by Telfluent's general Terms of Use, as they are published on the website telfluent.co.il. In any conflict between them, this contract prevails.

18.2 In particular: in place of the provisions of the general terms on a monthly subscription, on minutes that do not pass to the next period, on cancellation and on a failed charge, clauses 3 to 8 of this contract apply on this plan.

18.3 What this contract does not set is set in the general terms.

18.4 The Service's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months that preceded the event. The Service is not responsible for decisions that were made on the basis of a translation.

18.5 Israeli law applies to this contract. Jurisdiction lies with the courts in Tel Aviv.

18.6 The Hebrew version is the binding version. The versions in the other languages are a translation for your convenience only.

18.7 The general terms say this themselves, in this sentence that was added to them: "The Enterprise plan is governed, in addition to these terms, by the Enterprise plan contract that is approved at the time of joining it, and in any conflict between it and these terms the contract prevails."

19. Approval of the contract, the version and the copy

19.1 This contract is published on the website telfluent.co.il.

19.2 The contract is always approved in the same way: by ticking the box on the secure payment page, at the time of joining the Enterprise plan. Whoever joins by phone ticks the box on the payment page that they receive in a link by SMS. Ticking the box also accepts the data processing agreement in force.

19.3 Without approval of the contract it is not possible to join the plan.

19.4 The approval is recorded by us together with the version of the contract and the version of the data processing agreement that were approved.

19.5 After joining, a copy of the contract is sent by email to the account's address.

19.6 Whoever approves the contract confirms that they are the person identified under Appendix A and that they are authorized to approve the contract on behalf of the organization, and agrees to the use of their identity record under clause 9.3.

19.7 The version label of this contract: enterprise-2026-10-20.

19.8 Joining the Enterprise plan is conditional on identity verification of whoever approves this contract on behalf of the organization, as detailed in the appendix to the Enterprise plan. We may use the verification record as evidence in a chargeback and in any financial dispute, dispute about a signature or dispute about the terms.

20. The party to the contract

20.1 This contract is with Telfluent LTD, company number 517416798 (clause 1.1).

20.2 For an organization that approved an earlier version of the contract, its contract passed to Telfluent LTD under clause 20 of that version, on the same terms, after notice by email to the account's address.

20.3 From the day of the transfer Telfluent LTD is the party to the contract, on the same terms, and it is responsible towards the organization for all our obligations under it, including those that arose before the transfer. The balance of minutes, the target balance, the arms, the codes, the allocations and the workers remain as they are. The identity verification record (clause 19.8 and Appendix A) passes to the company on the basis of the signer's consent given before the verification, for those purposes only, and is kept and deleted under the appendix to the Enterprise plan.

20.4 The authorization to charge the saved card (clause 5.1) passes to the company. From the day of the transfer the company charges the card and issues the tax invoices/receipts (clause 5.9). Documents that were issued before then remain as they were issued.

20.5 The organization's rights do not change: the renewal of the plan may be cancelled at any time under clause 8, and the plan continues until the end of the period that was paid; there is no refund (clause 9.1). A transfer under this clause is not a change to the prices or to the terms under clause 13.

Appendix A: identification of the signer

A.1 To join the Enterprise plan, whoever joins the plan for the organization and approves this contract is identified before the organization is offered the plan's purchase: one identity document and a face photo taken at that moment. The identification is a requirement for joining the plan.

A.2 The identification is of the person who approves the contract ("the signer"). It is not a check of the organization, and it has nothing to do with the means of payment. Any person authorized by the organization can be the signer.

A.3 The check is run for us by an identity-verification service. When the check has passed we keep its result and its evidence in our secure storage, and the data is deleted from the identity service as soon as it is stored with us, except a copy left there for a manual check of ours.

A.4 The data is used to attribute to the signer the joining of the plan and the approval of this contract. The signer and the organization agree that we may use the identity record as evidence if a charge is disputed, and in a dispute over who signed, who owns the account or what terms were approved, and may pass it for those purposes to the card processor, the card scheme and the issuing bank (clause 9.3). That is a right of ours, not a duty.

A.5 The signer gives their own consent to the check, on a separate screen, before it begins. How the data is kept and deleted is set out in the privacy policy and in the appendix to the Enterprise plan.

A.6 Without a passed check it is not possible to join the plan.
